Your Lightfield agent can now connect to your LinkedIn Sales Navigator account and retrieve people to create lists from.
WhatsApp sync
You can now sync full WhatsApp conversation history for contacts with a WhatsApp handle. Choose which conversations to include in your CRM, where they become part of the customer history available to your team and the agent.
Advanced filters
You can now specify “or” vs “and” rules within filter groups for table views. You can also configure the filter bar to match all vs. any of the statements in the filter.
Smaller improvements
- Help center is now integrated with the Lightfield docs site
- The Lightfield agent is now significantly better at reading help center content to answer product questions
- Workspace integrations are now more centrally organized in settings
- MFA is now available to all workspaces
