Mail and meeting intelligence with Jev

You can now exclude categories of email and meetings from Lightfield using Jev. You can review individually excluded activity and choose to override and include from there. More decision models are coming to Lightfield soon, where you’ll be able to use them in code execution steps of automations.

Linkedin message sync

You can now sync full LinkedIn conversation history for contacts with a LinkedIn handle. Choose which conversations to include in your CRM, where they become part of the customer history available to your team and the agent.

Invite recorder@lightfield.app to meetings

Adding recorder@lightfield.app as a meeting participant will ensure the recorder joins and captures any meeting. This will override meeting recording preferences and intelligence settings. You can still manually add or remove the recorder as a call participant.
